Superstar Spotlight - Victor Montalvo and Ruben Pena

Victor Montalvo EXIT Round Rock Manager and Ruben Pena, Broker for EXIT TC Austin are amazing people. Victor and Ruben are active in several organizations that are working on creating a better future for Realtors® and consumers. Victor is the incoming president for NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Ruben Pena was a founding member of NAHREP and is an active leader within the organization. Recently, Victor and Ruben attended a national meeting for NAHREP were he had the opportunity to lobby on behalf of Realtors in Texas with our representatives. It is this dedication to creating a greater future by taking action now distinguishes Victor and Ruben from the crowd. Here are some great pictures from the event.

Congratulations to Dawn Krantz and Fred Meyers. They were awarded top producer awards at the Austin Business Journal 2006 Top Producers event. They were recognized for their outstanding personal production in 2006. Dawn had personal production of 30.2 million and Fred came in with 20.5 million in personal production. Congratulations to both on their incredible achievement. Wait until you see what they have in store for 2007!
