Pierre Kennel Shines with amazing $100,000 Win!

One year has made a tremendous difference in Pierre Kennel’s life, as he has transformed from being out of work to engaging in a real estate career that has brought him an amazing $100,000 win. Pierre Kennel won the $100,000 grand prize at the Gala President’s Ball finale to EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 10th Annual Convention held in Nashville, Tennessee.

Pierre Kennel is a recent sales associate with EXIT Exceptional Properties in Austin, Texas with less than one year’s real estate experience. In a letter to EXIT Realty Founder and CEO, Steve Morris, Pierre described how his practice of creative visualization contributed to his recent good fortune. In the course of work, he had come across one of the EXIT promotional banners advertising the $100,000 prize drawing and each day at work he reaffirmed his desire to win the grand prize. He took this clarity of belief with him to the 2008 Convention and was thrilled when his dream turned into reality with his huge win.

Pierre’s story began in January 2008, when he was close to finishing real estate school and was beginning his job search. He had considered Century 21 and Keller Williams prior to joining EXIT Realty. His decision to choose EXIT Realty following his interview was influenced by several factors that included the opportunity for superior mentorship, the EXIT sponsorship formula and the leadership and vision of EXIT Founder and CEO Steve Morris.

His subsequent employment with Dawn Krantz, owner of EXIT Exceptional Properties and a recently awarded Top 2 agent in Austin, Texas; has provided Pierre on-going training from a top producer in the industry. Pierre plans on using his winnings to keep his professional momentum moving forward. EXIT Realty Corp. International hosted its 10th annual convention held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. Motivational speakers, entertainers and industry authors were a major draw for EXIT brokers, agents and related industry professionals from around the continental U.S. and Canada. Another key reason was the opportunity for EXIT realtors to be recognized for outstanding sales, listings and sponsoring performances achieved despite the downturned market exhibited in 2008. Annual awards designations indicated ends closed awarded at 25+ for Bronze, 50+ for Silver, 75+ for Gold and 100+ for Platinum levels.

Many team members from EXIT Realty Central Texas were among the award winners in the annual awards competition and shook hands with Steve Morris EXIT Founder and CEO who presented many of the awards. Present to receive their awards were winners Dawn Krantz, owner of EXIT Exceptional Properties who accepted a Silver award, Rafe Jackson, owner of EXIT Realty Southwest Jackson Properties who received a Bronze award and Margarita Perez, realtor with EXIT HomeVets Realty who also earned a Bronze award.

EXIT Realty Literacy Partner in Central Texas Schools

EXIT Realty Central Texas is partnering with the Austin American Statesman by supporting Newspaper in Education (NIE) in community schools. The NIE program provides teachers with classroom newspapers to improve student literacy and builds student interest in community and world issues.
