Great story behind this picture. This is Ken Lilly. He is with the San Antonio office. Ken was the very first agent that Jack and I engaged in the Central Texas region. We met Ken in December of 2004. The problem at that time is that we did not have an office for him to work out of. So he waited while we found a broker/owner for an office in the San Antonio area. Ken is now working with EXIT Realty Professionals. Thanks for the patience Ken!!!

60 Minutes With EXIT Incredible Success!

With over 180 people in attendance, the first 60 Minutes with EXIT in the Central Texas region was an amazing success. The energy level of the event was off the charts. EXIT is growing in energy and momentum and this is the start of something very, very big!

WCR Tri-Regional Meeting Success

WCR Tri-Regional an incredible success!

Here is a picture of the EXIT team at the WCR Tri-Regional event this last weekend. WCR had over 400 attendee's at this event. And everyone of them had an opportunity to learn more about EXIT Realty. EXIT handed out gift bags that contained the latest recruiter, an "Up Close & Personal CD" and some other goodies. EXIT Realty Central Texas was pleased to be a supporter of this incredible event and we appreciate WCR's hospitality!

EXIT Realty Central Texas inducted into Austin's WCR!

EXIT Realty Central Texas was inducted into the Austin chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS(R) WCR. We are very excited about being a member of the Austin chapter. The WCR is an outstanding organization committed to the support and education of women REALTORS(R).

Recently Betty Kincad (EXIT Realty Las Vegas) became the national president of WCR. WCR and EXIT Realty share the same relentless focus on agents and agent welfare.

With the induction of EXIT Realty Central Texas into the Austin chapter of WCR, EXIT Realty Central Texas will work to provide support and resources to advance the cause of the WCR.

Amazing Regional Meeting

The EXIT Realty Mid-Year regional meeting was an incredible success. The Gaylord Texas facility was fantastic. It is going to be an excellent facility for our upcoming annual convention. Broker/Owners and agents are going to find incredible service and support at the convention. This convention is going to amaze all that attend it.

Progress reports on the growth of the company were glowing. EXIT Realty has sold over 600 franchises and has reached a recruited agent count of 14,000! All this in less than 6 years. Nothing short of amazing! And the wave is just started to really grow.

We also reviewed the progress of a number of new and innovative Broker/Owner and Agent programs that will debut later this week. Can't do into detail here....but those programs will continue to position EXIT Realty head and shoulders above every other real estate company out there. Stay tuned for more details in the near future!

We are extremely busy here in Central Texas. With the large number of franchise sales, we are busy supporting the launches of those franchises. Every day we hear of exciting new progress from our franchise owners. The wave is just starting in Central Texas...but when it hits real estate in Central Texas will never be the same!

The Gaylord Texan is an outstanding facility that will play host to the convention coming up in October of this year. EXIT is growing at an incredible pace. Several regions have been added in the last couple of months and it is a very powerful group of folks.

EXIT Realty Round Rock is now open!

We are proud to announce the opening of EXIT Realty Round Rock! Our second franchise in the Central Texas area. EXIT Realty Round Rock will be a premier facility for the agents in the north Austin area. The store will be located on Highway 79 and 35 in the First State Bank building. This new facility will provide easy access for agents and customers. The location will help establish EXIT Realty Round Rock as the place to go for outstanding real estate support.

The broker for the EXIT Realty Round Rock with be Fred Boles. Williamson County Realtors (WCAOR) Convention A Smashing Success!

We had an incredible convention at the WCAOR - Williamson County Association of Realtors. The show had a great turn out and the EXIT Realty Central Texas booth was busy all day long. The EXIT formula is a winner and the reaction by the agents in attendance was fantastic. It was also the first outing for the EXIT Realty Central Texas new show booth. I will be posting some more pictures and background information about the show.
