EXIT Realty Central Texas delivers at the TAR Trade Expo with an amazing turn out. Thanks to everyone for their participation in the EXIT Texas TAR convention booth. EXIT Realty had a strong presence at the Expo and showed the Texas Realtor community that we are growing!

You should have seen the show hall. There were Burgundy EXIT bags everywhere. Participants couldn’t turn around without seeing an EXIT logo.

The happy hour at Dirty Nelly’s was a blast and a fun conclusion to an exciting day. Everyone had a great time listening to music, winding down from the busy day and catching up with fellow EXIT teammates.

EXIT IH10 Realty launched their permanent location in San Antonio at the beginning of June 2008. In less than three months of full operation, the realty office recruited 50 agents setting a new record for the EXIT Realty Central Texas region.

Victor Montalvo Represents EXIT Realty at the Austin WCR Fashion Show for Charity

Getting involved in the community is very important to EXIT Realty Central Texas and likewise to Victor Montalvo; a sales associate with EXIT Realty Associates.

Victor was a featured participant in the 2008 Fashion Show for Charity, hosted by the Austin Chapter of the Women’s Counsel of Realtors.

The fundraising event and Networking Gala raised funds that will help the Austin Chapter provide scholarships and educational incentives to enhance member performance and management.

Victor is an active member of many organizations and currently serves as the 2008 President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. The NAHREP and its regional chapters are dedicated to increasing Hispanic home ownership by empowering real estate professionals that serve the market.
