Regional owner and CEO, Dion McCormick brought the broker/owners from his 30+ offices together in San Marcos at the newly opened Embassy Suites Conference Center for annual awards (winners coming soon), great business brainstorming, and a chance to share in their experiences over the past year that have made them not only stay afloat in these tough times but do better!

Key Note Speaker, longtime real estate great, and general powerhouse Bob McKinnon gave a passionate and enriching presentation. He let those attending know they really are the best of the best with the most OUTSTANDING real estate company behind them and gave priceless advice that our offices will be using for years to come.

As our Region has grown, with over 60 franchises sold since the inception of Exit Realty Central Texas in 2005, we have been most grateful for the individual people who make up some of the best real estate brokerages in Texas.

We will be highlighting our different successful franchises throughout the year; giving you spotlights on the best of the best in real estate. Our first Spotlight Feature is on Exit New Century Realty in San Antonio, TX.

Managing owners and partners Renee Martinez, Aaron Guzman, Chiaki Brown, and Johnny Morrow each know their speciality; which aides in the office running as a well oiled machine.
