Jack Noble with EXIT Slater Realtors returns to 1200 AM WOAI News Talk Radio to host the EXIT Slater Realtors Real Estate Hour. The Real Estate Hour is a weekly real estate radio series that airs every Saturday from 1 – 2:00 PM CST and has a large listening audience statewide in Texas, ranging from Port Aransas to Waco. Jack is the primary host of the program along with guest hosts, Wayne and Annette Slater who are co-owners of EXIT Slater Realtors. The program operates from a general Q & A format with the hosts taking calls from listeners that run the gamut from general real estate questions to more specific issues like buying a home or how to sell a house.
EXIT Slater Realtors address a variety of issues that concern today’s consumers as they make decisions in the real estate market. As radio announcers, EXIT Slater Realtors offer a public service that provides a broad range of real estate information to their listeners. Jack Noble has prior experience as a radio talk show host and has worked previously with WOAI moderator Chris Russell to co-host a real estate series that aired from 2003 – 2006. Jack brings 37 years of real estate experience to bear on issues and topics that he covers weekly while answering consumer questions.
Jack has been a licensed working Realtor for most of his professional life, and has an extensive background in training and management. His busy career includes a position as the Marketing Director and Sales Manager for the second largest home builder in San Antonio and the management of the largest Century 21 office in South Texas and Louisiana. Jack’s real estate expertise extends to opening and operating his own franchised office for nine years, where he was recognized as one of the top producing offices out of 700 franchised offices. Jack is now managing the rapidly expanding EXIT Slater Realtors who are members of the fastest growing realty franchise in the United States.
1200 AM WOAI News Talk Radio came on the air in September of 1922 and served the growing South Texas area including San Antonio, its city of license. During the 1930’s WOAI became the only 50,000 watt station in South Texas. Today it is known as the “50,000 Watt Blowtorch of South Texas” because of its unlimited FCC clear channel classification and can be heard all over North and Central America after sunset. WOAI can also be accessed via the web at http://radio.woai.com/main.html.
WOAI is a Fox News Radio affiliate, which has evolved from a small town program to one of the most popular and highest ranked AM news/talk formatted radio stations in Texas. Today, WOAI leads the San Antonio regional market with a mix of local and national programming. WOAI is also the flagship station for the San Antonio Spurs radio network and other sports programming includes University of Texas football and the Dallas Cowboy radio network.
