EXIT TC Austin is opening a new office in a fast growing area in San Antonio. The office is located at 814 Arion Parkway, Ste. 408, San Antonio, TX 78216. The EXIT TC Austin Realty office will serve the San Antonio market with a first rate facility and professional staff.

Ruben Pena and Linda Rasmussen are co-owners of EXIT TC Austin and both are established real estate professionals. Ruben, Linda and another TC Austin associate Chris Alvarenga, are recent award recipients in the San Antonio Top 50 in the Individual Residential category. These designations were ranked by the 2007 gross closed residential sales and awarded by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Ruben has played an active role in the on-going development of San Antonio. Since 1978, he has been actively involved in the local real estate market serving both residential and commercial clients. In 1994, he was chosen to participate in the Leadership San Antonio program. He has used his related knowledge to serve both his profession and his community.

Linda has over 24 years of experience in residential real estate and over 20 years experience in providing relocation services. EXIT TC Austin clients will benefit from her understanding of the intricacies involved in a relocation real estate process. EXIT Superior Realty Opens New Office

EXIT Superior Realty joins the fastest growing real estate franchise system with a new office in Austin. The office is located at 9600 S. IH35, Ste. S250 in the Southpark Meadows retail center. The EXIT Superior Realty office is situated in the rapidly growing south Austin corridor and will service a wide range of communities.

Randy Kling and Chris Gerhard are originally from San Antonio and have been established real estate professionals in both cities. In 2007 Randy and Chris each earned their Broker’s licenses. They decided to open a new office that would capitalize on their combined experience in both the San Antonio and Austin area and cover the entire corridor between both cities.

EXIT Realty Hosts Region Award Winners

Austin, TX (Grassroots Newswire)05-20-08 EXIT Realty Central Texas recently hosted an awards event at the Austin Hilton. Awards were given out for the top producing franchises for 2007. Award categories included both revenue and transactions for 2007. Mrs. Tami Bonnell, President of the US Operations for EXIT Realty Corp International was in attendance at the event to present the awards.

Top revenue was recognized with a Gold level award to EXIT Exceptional Properties for Dawn Krantz and Scott Antcliff.
