Linda Rasmussen, who is part owner and full time top producer at Exit Realty TC Austin, was named 2008 Realtor Salesperson of the year. From serving on the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Board of Directors, and numerous other committees while running her business to sharing a life on the move with husband Thomas W. Carter, Lt Col USAF Retired, Linda has continued to be a forerunner in the Central Texas market.I often wonder, when hearing of such successes in this turbulent industry, how they have done it. What fabric of human nature have they managed to either be born with, learned over time, or recently discovered that has propelled them into the arms of success?
With Linda Rasmussen, maybe it was all those years spent moving on short notice or overseas with her then active serviceman that made her so naturally good at real estate. Or maybe it is her strong sense of basic good business and a tenacious willpower to succeed. Or, maybe it's her ability to connect with people she has known for a few moments or a few years.
Either way, Linda has certainly proven time after time her ability to lock down success and ride it through the waves in a career of a lifetime with a commitment to always reach just a little bit higher and try a little bit harder... no matter how many successes she has already achieved.
