Best Attendance Ever!

Steve Morris, Founder and CEO of EXIT Realty Corp International entertained and educated a gathering of over 200 real estate professionals at the New Braunfels Civic Center on Thursday, October 2, 2008. The 60 Minutes with Steve Morris event was hosted by EXIT Realty Central Texas and regional owners Dion McCormick and Jack Stoker. Many of the professionals included EXIT Realty franchise broker-owners and realtors from Austin and San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Wow—60 Minutes with Steve Morris recorded the highest attendance this year with more people attending the event than in previous years! Steve Morris’ message was timely, as attendees showed signs of continued interest in the EXIT formula message despite a tough real estate market. The EXIT formula is one of the leading real estate business models in the industry with financial returns that include sponsoring residuals, retirement and beneficiary benefits.

Thanks to regional event sponsors First American Title Insurance Company, United Credit Education Services and City Bank Mortgage for their participation at the event. In addition, several franchise offices invited related industry vendors who brought materials and answered questions about their products.
Fun and festivities at the luncheon began with a delicious lunch served by Well Seasoned Catering. Dion and Jack along with Steve Morris, mc’d several prize give aways that ranged from gift certificates to iPods. The event closed with a spontaneous photo opportunity with Steve Morris and a last chance for EXIT team members to network.
