EXIT IH10 Realty launched their permanent location in San Antonio at the beginning of June 2008. In less than three months of full operation, the realty office recruited 50 agents setting a new record for the EXIT Realty Central Texas region.
EXIT IH10 Realty is helmed by an active partnership of 10 realtors who have 65 years of combined experience. They are all first time owners of a new business, and the realtors attribute their success to the organization’s adherence to the formula “net growth plus 5 agents”.
