EXIT Superior Realty joins the fastest growing real estate franchise system with a new office in Austin. The office is located at 9600 S. IH35, Ste. S250 in the Southpark Meadows retail center. The EXIT Superior Realty office is situated in the rapidly growing south Austin corridor and will service a wide range of communities.
Randy Kling and Chris Gerhard are originally from San Antonio and have been established real estate professionals in both cities. In 2007 Randy and Chris each earned their Broker’s licenses. They decided to open a new office that would capitalize on their combined experience in both the San Antonio and Austin area and cover the entire corridor between both cities.
Chris and Randy are members of the San Antonio and the Austin Board of Realtors as well as members of the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Area Realtors and Randy is a member of the Corpus Christi Board.
